CÓMO SOLICITAR TU REEMBOLSO

CÓMO SOLICITAR TU REEMBOLSO

  1. Compra una impresora de la familia HP Envy o HP OfficeJet Pro entre el 1 de febrero y el 30 de junio de 2025.
  2. Regístrate en el servicio HP Instant Ink para obtener un reembolso adicional (si ya eres cliente de Instant Ink, únicamente puedes disfrutar de tu reembolso si incluyes la nueva impresora adquirida en el servicio HP Instant Ink).
  3. Haz tu solicitud haciendo clic en el botón “Solicitar reembolso”. Completa el formulario online con los datos requeridos y envía el comprobante de compra y el comprobante de suscripción al servicio HP Instant Ink, en el caso de optar al reembolso adicional y recibirás el importe de tu reembolso.
  4. Una vez validado tu reembolso, el importe se transferirá a tu cuenta bancaria en un plazo aproximado de 45 días. Lee los términos y condiciones aqui.

Tras adquirir una impresora HP incluida en la promoción y registrarte en el servicio HP Instant Ink si deseas recibir un reembolso adicional, debes cumplimentar y enviar la información obligatoria a través del formulario de solicitud online dentro de los 30 días naturales a la compra de la impresora:

  1. Número de producto y número de serie de tu nueva impresora HP.
  2. Comprobante de compra electrónico en forma de factura del vendedor, mediante escaneado o archivo para adjuntarlo en la solicitud.
  3. Datos personales
  4. Datos bancarios incluyendo el IBAN donde deseas recibir el reembolso.
  5. En caso de solicitar el rembolso correspondiente a la compra de impresora más la suscripción a HP Instant ink, debes presentar el Comprobante de confirmación de suscripción al servicio HP Instant Ink con tu nueva impresora HP y el número de cuenta de HP Instant Ink.
  6. Si participas como empresa/ autoridad pública, debes compartir tu número de identificación fiscal (NIF).
