HP Broadens Portfolio of Imaging and Printing Solutions for Enterprise Customers PALO ALTO, Calif., Aug. 12, 2008HP today announced five new printing solutions – ranging from check printing security to document capture – to address the security and manageability needs of its enterprise customers. HP, together with its solution partners, enables customers to manage, secure and improve workflow in their imaging and printing environments. Improve business processes with complete capture and delivery solutions The HP Document Capture Solutions from HP and Kofax(1) provide flexible document capture tools that enable customers to automate distribution and information exchange, transforming document capture into a competitive advantage. The solution helps enterprises mitigate risks with a system designed to meet privacy, security and compliance regulations. The workflow solution complements the HP Access Control Printing Solutions portfolio, providing authentication, audit and accounting capabilities and enabling enterprises to improve and simplify document capture and exchange, leading to new efficiencies in paper-based workflows. In addition, the recently announced HP Scanjet N9120 Document Flatbed Scanner is now certified with document capture solutions from three HP Solutions Business Partners: Kofax, Omtool and ReadSoft.
