Help and Support Center is to click the question mark icon on the desktop.
When you open the Help and Support Center, there are three ways you can use the Help and Support Center
to get assistance:
Navigate the menu of Pavilion help topics
Use keywords to search for topics related to your problem
Connect live to a Customer Support Professional

The first way to locate information in the Help and Support Center is to navigate the menu of Pavilion PC help
topics. Click the HP Pavilion PC help icon or choose HP Pavilion PC help from the list of topics. You are now
in the HP Pavilion PC help area. Choose from the list of items under HP Pavilion PC help to access help
information or troubleshoot hardware problems.
The second way to find answers in the Help and Support Center is to use keywords to search for topics related to
your problem. Type one or two words describing your problem into the Search box. These are called keywords.
For better search results, enclose keywords in quotation marks. When you're finished typing, click the submit
button. Search Results will be listed. Choose from the list of Suggested Topics.
The third way to get assistance at the Help and Support Center is to send a request to an HP Customer Support
Professional. Click the Connect to Customer Support icon to request help (On some models, this icon will read
HP Instant Support). When you click the Connect to Customer Support icon, the HP Instant Support Window opens.
Choose Request Help to communicate directly with an HP Customer Support Professional. Follow the prompts to
compose and send your request. Begin by selecting a topic. When you receive a reply from an HP Customer Support
Professional, you will receive a pop-up notification and a red exclamation point will appear next to the Instant
Support inbox. Click the Inbox to read the reply. Select the reply to begin communicating live with a Customer
Support Professional.
The Help and Support Center can help you when you need it. Press the question mark button on your keyboard or
click the Help and Support icon on the desktop anytime to get assistance. Help is just a click away.
