Rated 1 out of 5 by Tomm from DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER bought printer a few months ago, very infrequently use it as I mainly print at work if required; stuck in isolation with infection and after printing a few pages of documents error message telling me printer now needs hp smart app to finish setup and continue writing; unable to get app working for last hour and on hold to support for eternity with no one picking up;

HP LaserJet M209dw Printer spec lists media as up to 163 gsm. 180gsm is common and I use 190gsm paper. Does this mean I can't use this printer???

Using paper not within the recommended list of specification will not guarantee the best device performance and printing results.
