Im battling to establish whether this is a Power Bank or a normal Laptop Charger that plugs into an electric plug , so its not so much a battery or power bank but rather a transformer

Hi there Is this charger compatible with the HP Envy x360 2-in1 laptop 13-bf0072TU? Also, does it come with wall adapter for AU? My son's has been stolen so need to replace whole charging system. Thanks in advance
