I was told that it was incompatible. Why would you design HP accessories that are incompatible with HP products? BAD DESIGN - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Registration of HP 3 Year Care service pack unknown after purchase and full payment in Feb 2023 very difficult to know whether the 3 year Care service pack was registered for me upon purchase. I had to log a case online and am still waiting from HP to reconfirm and resolve the case as to whether my 3 year Care Service pack is registered into my online account?!?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wish I had of been offered this at Harvey Norman Hi, I wish this was given as an option at Harvey Norman. I ended up paying $500 for their extended servicing which isn't anywhere near as good at this offer. I would have chosen this option over Harvey Norman's extended warranty if I had of known the options. Disappointed. Can I suggest stickers or something on the laptops on display to make consumers aware of this option?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A bit late with the offer. Having purchased Harvey Norman's extended warranty, I would have preferred this because with Harvey's warranty ,if you have to replace the computer as I did after just 13 months the cover is then cancelled whereas HP's package is for 3 years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not waste your money! I bought the Care Pack with 2 HP Pavilions. We had a problem with one of the products which involved catching on fire. We lodged a service request 24/5/19 online which was ignored. We rang on the 3/6/19 and no solution on the 7/6/19. No onsite visit or solution so far as prescribed by this extended warranty. Very disappointing, think twice before purchasing.
