HP 3 year 3 day Onsite Notebook ServiceI haven't had to use this and hope not to, but it's good to have the peace of mind that I'll have this support and extended warranty if needed.

Do they tell the truthWhen I purchased this, even though it stated 3 days onsite warranty, the agent who sold it to me, stated very clearly during our conversation, it was a typing error and should have read 1 day response onsite warranty. But when I received the paperwork, it read 3-day onsite warranty. Be careful about believing the salesperson.

Very confusing your answer above indicates it does not have accidental damage cover, yet the ad above it does? Which is it?
