Great laptop but display issue on arrivalGreat laptop, arrived 2 days after purchase but display issue on arrival and so put in support claim 1 day after arrival. I purchased through the HP Online store and am needing to wait up to 4 weeks to get a replacement laptop. Might purchase from a brick and mortar retailer in future for a smoother returns and replacement process. But again, the laptop itself in terms of specs, build etc are all quite good, just probably need to invest in more Q&A before shipping out laptops with issues would be the feedback.
