Envy laptop blue screen
I have been selling HP hardware for over 20 years, from monitors to Servers. We purchased this laptop for a client of ours. It blue screened from day one, we did a full format and reinstall of Windows 11 same thing, the help desk mentioned that it would be a three week turn around on DOA, let’s just say I was not happy. I then purchased the same Envy laptop as we just can’t wait this long. We continued to setup and configure the new users profile went ok, delivered laptop and yet again blue screening, we did a number of test to diagnose the issue. I disabled Ethernet and tested WIFI and vice versa. We updated every driver to try to rectify this issue. Seems a little more stable now. I have spent so much time and money to fix a problem that should not have happened. I’m disappointed in HP quality of service.

Laptop is very heavy and clunky. The overall size is considerably wider than my last HP and is not nearly as compact as the smaller thinner 13” variants. Do your own homework and check others

Solid and quality laptop. Could use just a couple of improvements.
Solid laptop. Good build and keyboard feel. Great screen. Battery life is ok. Overall very good product. However, would prefer HP stick to the standard 65 key layout rather than the unconventional right hand column strip of keys. Also, would prefer the speakers to be top facing rather than front/down as sound whilst using on a lap is average.

It’s ok. Nothing special. One thing I hate is the screen is constantly dulling even when I’m sitting right in front of it. You need to be VERY regularly moving the mouse so the screw doesn’t blackout completely.
On another note the deskjet 3720 is a dud. It went offline and I can’t get it back on line.

Big leap forward.
This is a big leap forward. This is replacing an old Dell laptop that was purchased prior to 2013. I have another HP that was purchase in 2018. I am so far very pleased with this purchase. It is fast, and was easy to set up. I love the ability to use this in tablet mode and the touch screen is great. I am happy with Windows 11 but still coming to grips with its features.
Very good pricing an very quick delivery. I recommend HP products

Solid HP Envy 360
Easy to set up and remove bloatware.
Mid performance all round general computing, ie surfing, emails, photo editing, great for the basics.
Wish it came with the Tilt Touch Pen.
Screen contrast, HDR and response is good for video, don't expect to be running resource intensive gaming requiring a high refresh rate and speedy response.
Worth the money at $1409 after claiming the additional 5% discount on top of the sale price.
Very happy and recommend it for everyday use.

Pleasantly Surprised
After extensive research I purchased this laptop and was so surprised that it exceeded my expectations. I use it as an IT professional and it has insanely good battery life, fast charging and can run multiple virtualised workloads. It's a great machine and great that I can flip it into a tablet any-time. Well done HP.

Great laptop.
The laptop is excellent especially 1TB HDD.
However, there are 2 things that HP can improve:
1/. Screen resolution should be better.
2/. Battery consumption - it consumes battery fast.

Nice laptop but disappointing that the power button has been removed from the side and added to the keyboard. When in tablet mode, the keyboard is disabled and no way to power on unless you partially fold back out.
The same goes with touch to wake. You need a Bluetooth keyboard connected to wake the computer. Mine stays in tablet mode on a tripod permanently so these things matter.
It has solved my cpu usage problems only using 3% while streaming so happy with that.

Very happy with my HP Envy
I was so excited about this purchase and I haven't been disappointed. This is an excellent laptop which isn't over the top price wise whilst still feeling like I haven't sacrificed on usability and user experience.
It's a little bit bigger and heavier than I'm used to but the display quality and keyboard make up for it.

After a week with my new laptop, I'm thoroughly impressed. The display is a standout feature – bright, crisp, and incredibly responsive to touch. Audio quality from the built-in speakers is surprisingly clear and robust. I appreciate the laptop's lightweight yet sturdy build, making it ideal for everyday use.
It's still early days, and a comprehensive review will come after more extensive use, but my initial impressions are positive. Further, I got it at a great bargain during the end of financial year sale directly from HP Online!

This laptop had all the features I was after when I replace my old HP envy. The speed is excellent leaves my old laptop for dead. I love that is has a 1 TB hard drive as every other laptop I looked at only had half the size. The amount of RAM is idea for my use of the laptop.

Please provide further detail on battery life. The product description shows up to 15 hours, but friend has this same model and it only lasts for 4 hours before needing to charge and this includes having the laptop on standby mode for1.5hrs.

In standby mode, some background processes, like syncing or notifications, Bluetooth, anti-virus, and others may still consume battery life which affects the run time of the laptop. The laptop can have up to 15 hours maximum battery life depending on the usage such as no running applications in the background, not connected to Wi-Fi, and other criteria.
