What’s the difference between a refurbished laptop and a new one.What could be the possible disadvantages of getting a refurbished one

Hey Moraa, HP online store allows customers to cancel and receive a full refund before shipping. Returned products are listed as refurbished, and the team checks the product internally and externally to ensure it's as new as new. Some units with minor scratches are resold at a lower price.
