Great student laptop to use, battery lasts all day no issue.
Son's previous HP Envy had a memory corruption issue and as it's soldered in, the cost to repair was astronomical. Needed to obtain a replacement, and this was it. Fingers crossed the laptop lasts more than 3 years.

Good option in the market
We got this laptop for my son schooling after an extensive research on the market, and it was worth the waiting, my son loved it.. my daughter asked for a similar one for herself.. the pros are: size, weight, touch screen, 2 in 1, battery life, processor speed, RAM.. Cons: fan is a bit loud, I wished HD to be 1TB

EXCELLENT CONDITION AND VALUE
After HOURS of research to choose the best 2-in-1, I chose the envy range, and I am very glad I did. The 2K OLED display is stunning, and I'm very happy with the specs.
I was worried the 13" display would feel small as I have previously used 15" displays but I'm happy with it.
The condition of the laptop was as if it were brand new, which surprised me as it is a refurbished model, and I expected some minor wear.

Overheated first day with nothing running!
Overheated just after doing basics on first hours of use. Hot enough to burn my hand. Had a few windows & tabs open. No hard work for laptop. Rang HP said they were going to send a replacement but no emails to indicate any action taken!
Fan noisy. Odd placement of air & sound through the same area of the base- likely contributory cause to overheating and the power switch next to delete button rather a nuisance.
Yet to do any real work to test laptop.

Better than my Apple Macs
I have only spent a few weeks with my HP ENVY but I have fallen in love. It's fast, practical and does everything and more I need it to. I am currently really enjoying the ability to use it in landscape and portrait mode for my report writing at uni alongside my new tilt stylus pen!

Love this laptop
I bought this laptop around 2 years ago and it's been working amazingly since the moment it arrived at my doorstep till now. Always fast and responsive. Touch screen and 360 is really helpful and makes life so convenient.
Also, it has a very sleek design that looks really modern and aesthetically pleasing. I always receive compliments from my friends about it.
And if you do happen to run into any faults in your laptop, HP has this Whatsapp number that you can use to talk to live agents any time of the day. I've contacted them multiple times and absolutely love the customer service every time.
If you're considering buying it - yes, I know it's expensive, but it's a very good investment if you can afford it. Would recommend 100%

Good overall except the speaker
All things work as intended except the speakers which buzzer from about volume level 40 onwards. Considering this is a B&O sound system, it's a little disappointing.
I am yet to contact the support department. Hope it can be solved without having to exchange or return.

Amazing little gem!
While the size is unassuming, this laptop *packs a punch* in terms of operating system and speed. The set up is self explanatory, and the size, touch screen and minimal profile of the keys are very well designed! Hello, I'm fed up with the anti-privacy aspects of modern Windows OS -e.g. Co-Pilot and compulsory cloud sampling backups. Do any of the Envy x360 laptops have a configurable BIOS and hardware spec that supports a current Linux OS (such as Ubuntu 24.04)?
