Rated 5 out of 5 by samtheman from EXCELLENT CONDITION AND VALUE After HOURS of research to choose the best 2-in-1, I chose the envy range, and I am very glad I did. The 2K OLED display is stunning, and I'm very happy with the specs. I was worried the 13" display would feel small as I have previously used 15" displays but I'm happy with it. The condition of the laptop was as if it were brand new, which surprised me as it is a refurbished model, and I expected some minor wear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hmerc from Overheated first day with nothing running! Overheated just after doing basics on first hours of use. Hot enough to burn my hand. Had a few windows & tabs open. No hard work for laptop. Rang HP said they were going to send a replacement but no emails to indicate any action taken! Fan noisy. Odd placement of air & sound through the same area of the base- likely contributory cause to overheating and the power switch next to delete button rather a nuisance. Yet to do any real work to test laptop.

I am currently really enjoying the ability to use it in landscape and portrait mode for my report writing at uni alongside my new tilt stylus pen!

Always fast and responsive. Touch screen and 360 is really helpful and makes life so convenient. Also, it has a very sleek design that looks really modern and aesthetically pleasing. I always receive compliments from my friends about it. And if you do happen to run into any faults in your laptop, HP has this Whatsapp number that you can use to talk to live agents any time of the day. I've contacted them multiple times and absolutely love the customer service every time. If you're considering buying it - yes, I know it's expensive, but it's a very good investment if you can afford it. Would recommend 100%

Considering this is a B&O sound system, it's a little disappointing. I am yet to contact the support department. Hope it can be solved without having to exchange or return.
