It’s a nice light weight too, easy to carry. Performs very well and is very fast. I would have preferred a 1TB but the price difference was huge unfortunately.

I was asked to supply the model and serial number, the invoice, and other paperwork that HP already had. Even if you outsource to an external supplier, you have the information at your fingertops.

Excellent lightweight and portable without compromising functionality, this notebook has it all. Fast CPU, dedicated graphics for more intense applications along with enough RAM and storage for more sizeable apps. The specs on this model are high enough without compromising battery life and producing unnecessary heat. The 15" display makes it more comfortable for prolonged use if you are not using an external display, yet keeps the overall size of the notebook down so that it is still fairly compact. And the touch and stylus pen functionality makes it practical as a tablet/notepad if the need arises. Highly recommend this 2 in 1 to anyone who needs a great all rounder notebook.

Every couple of months these suffer from static charge remaining in the laptop which can only be fixed by a repairer, as the battery is not accessible. Powers off and never comes on until they remove the battery.

I have taken good care of it and would expect an expensive laptop to last longer than this.

Our previous HP laptop lasted a commendable five years, and this is better made with a glass screen and robust hinge. As photographers we love the full size SD card slot. It came preloaded with Office so we had only to enter our details to be up and running.

Also, like others, HP bombards you with requests for feedback 5 minutes after you've received the product. Just back off a bit.

Is there any damage on the laptop, any wear and tear? What is a difference in warranty between new and refurbished laprtop?

Hey Denko, HP online store allows customers to cancel and receive a full refund before shipping. Returned products are listed as refurbished, and the team checks the product internally and externally to ensure it's as new as new. Some units with minor scratches are resold at a lower price.

Hey Azim, The battery backup of the HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ew0003TX is up to 7 hours. Battery life tested by HP using continuous FHD video playback, 1080p (1920x1080) resolution, 150 nits brightness, system audio level at 17% as image default, player audio level at 100%, played full-screen from local storage, headphone attached or through speaker (if no audio jack port), wireless on but not connected. Actual battery life will vary depending on configuration, and maximum capacity will naturally decrease with time and usage.
