Pretty good for the priceIt's pretty good for the price. However, i thought the battery should be better. It lasts around 5 hours on usage. That's not bad but it's not good either. I hear you purchase a powerbank to keep it up and running. Performance wise it's really good. I love amd ryzen 7 processors. They are just too good. The screen is awesome. Wish it had additional slot for ssd. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

If I could give it and HP half a star, I would.I purchased this laptop three months ago and out of the box it was faulty. Three week turn over and I had a replacement. The replacement had the same issues only worse and two months later (after receiving the replacement) I have been offered an upgrade just for HP to come back and say they have no upgrade option so I left here waiting for a refund.
I am a student who purchased this laptop for study and the quality and service has been nothing short of appalling….

Overheating quicklyI bought this type of model a couple years back in Windows 10. Since then, it is prone to overheating. I have to keep it somewhere cool or on a laptop cooling stand at home because of this problem. It begins to heat up quickly after having it on for five minutes. It slowed down after a year of having it as well, which isn’t what anyone really wants. It runs that hot - theoretically- I could cook breakfast on it.
Four months after purchasing it, I had to take it in for servicing as it froze and did the blue screen of death multiple times. Turns out it was a faulty memory disc. From this happening, I’d rather use a different laptop or device I had for university and daily use.
If I could go back in time, I would never waste so much money on buying this laptop.
Does this laptop arrive with its networking disabled and if so what does that mean with initial set up as Microsoft has to have a network connection to initialise set up
