HP Pavilion 27 inch All-in-One Desktop 27-ca2012aIt was an easy changeover from our previous Pavilion 25 inch All-in-One to the new one and out IT installer had no problems with the transfer of applications and files. Great speed so far. It also looks great, very sleek and clean lines.

Tech support n ease of usage.I was so worried about the set up. Called tech support, the staff was very helpful and reassuring. I managed to do the initial set up in a breeze. I was able to transfer all files, documents, programs, apps, purchased softwares from old hp all in one into the new hp all in one. Brilliant!

Sounds of the 70'sEasy to set up and looks good, unfortunately it doesn't sound good. On initial set up and use I was very happy but as soon as I experienced the promised "powerfull audio experience" massive disappointment followed. After looking for solutions through both HP and B&O online, no real information at all, and spending time adjusting the equalizer in myhp I finally gave up and went back to my logi Z407 for sound. I went with an ALL IN ONE for space saving reasons but now have lost that small gain so would have been much better of just upgrading to a newer desktop and monitor set up. It honestly sounded like a transistor radio from the 1970's that I had when I was a teenager with it's onboard sound.

Some good, media player definitely NOT.It was so easy to transfer most data from my older HP to the new one. It was done in 4 hours. really happy with that.
The only problem I have with it is the Media player. It is only showing the album labels and no music. This is a real pain and with no CD drive, I suppose that is just an add on for HP purchases. I have more than 800 songs in unknown. I am not happy with this.

Good but Data transfer not easyOverall I am happy with this all in one. Transferring data and settings has been very challenging and I have had to employ assistance.

HP products are built to lastThis is my second HP Pavilion 27 inch AIO and really only upgrading due to my old model not supporting Windows 11.That said my current model (27-n107a) is still working after 7 years (24/7) with only a couple of hardware failures and a few software issues over this time. Its a bit too early to give a comprehensive review but with this models faster processor and double the RAM its a lot more efficient, lighter (if you need to move it around) and has an impressive slim bezel design with good screen resolution. Picture brightness could have done with more Nits but decent enough for general indoor home use. Product support is good but product warranty term could be much better. I'm hopeful this model is as well built as my last one .
