Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad qualities After the new computer was setup about 2 hours, the fan of CPU1 make loud noisy and never stop, so it is in the period of replacement, till now I haven't got the replacement computer. By the way I want you that on April 8 I bought Envy x360 15, as the power button had no function I got it refund, then I bought Spectre x360 16 computer. During 2month I bought 2 computers and both had quality issues.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A Mixed Bag with a Silver Lining The laptop boasts an attractive design and an impressive screen, yet it's hampered by a significant drawback: it comes heavily laden with bloatware and outdated drivers right out of the box. This results in noticeable lag when navigating between Chrome tabs or switching between various applications. Despite being equipped with a top-tier Intel CPU and operating on maximum power settings, the device fails to deliver a swift, responsive performance. However, there's a workaround to this issue. By removing the bloatware and updating to the latest Arc video and CPU drivers directly from Intel, the laptop undergoes a transformation. It's important to note that the drivers available on HP's support site are significantly outdated—lagging more than six months behind Intel's releases. After making these adjustments, the laptop becomes an exceptional device: fast, efficient, and a pleasure to use. It's a stark contrast to its initial sluggish state and showcases the potential locked away by easily remediable oversights. Despite the eventual positive outcome, I've rated the laptop two stars. The need to manually update drivers and remove bloatware represents an unnecessary hassle and time waste, which could have been avoided had HP ensured the device was fully optimised before release.
