What is HP Store UK Price Guarantee?

If the product you’ve bought from the HP Store UK (https://www.hp.com/gb-en/shop) drops in price within 21 days of placing your order, we’ll refund the difference.

Let us know by following the simple steps below and the difference will be sent to the original payment method used 3 to 5 working days after your request has been processed*. Restrictions apply (please see below).

* Time period may vary for products purchased using a third party finance provider, for example Klarna or PayPal.

Step 1

Contact us via chat and select “Other” in the chat menu. Once you’ve connected with an agent you will be required to provide the following information:

From your invoice

HP Store UK Order number (this will start with ‘SCEO’);
Full customer name on the order
The HP part number, for example 30A26EA#ABU

Price reduction

The reduced price of the product

Provide proof of the lower price

A screenshot of the HP Store UK product page which shows the reduced price and the time and date the screenshot was taken.

Provided we are able to verify the information you have supplied, we will refund you the difference between the price you paid and the reduced price.

HP Store UK Price Guarantee Restrictions

1. Reduction in price must occur no more than 21 days from (and including) the date an order is placed on HP Store UK (https://www.hp.com/gb-en/shop). For example, if an order is placed on 1 November, the price reduction must occur on or before 21 November(i.e no later than 21 November).

2. Does not apply to price reductions that occured before the date an order is placed.

3. Applies to identical part numbers only.

4. Available on orders below £8,000.00 (inclusive of VAT) with a refund of £5.00 or more.

5. Does not apply to:

- Out of stock products

- Delivery charges

- Marketplace sellers, for example Amazon, eBay etc.

- Pricing errors

- Trade-in promotions

- Third party promotions

- Bundle Promotions
