NETWORK SPEED
If you’ve checked your laptop’s settings and ensured the router is working properly but still having issues, you may need to check the network speed. The HP Support Assistant is a good place to start if you’re experiencing a slow connection.
It can run optimization and network tests and check your operating system to ensure it’s running as fast as possible.
