Requesting your HP CarbonNeutral® Printing Product1 Certification

Thank you for purchasing HP CarbonNeutral® Printing Product1 Certification.

With each purchase you have received hp’s commitment that we will bring the estimated full lifecycle carbon footprint for a single HP-branded Device to zero. In order for us to fulfil this commitment, we need to know a few things about your order and the devices that you want to offset with it. As a reseller you’ll have the option to opt in the name of your customer on the issued certificate.
For each name to appear on the certificate you need to submit a separate request.

Please enter and submit this information in full within 60 days after distributor invoice date. You will be asked to upload the  hp distributor invoice for your HP CarbonNeutral® Printing Product1 Certification as proof of purchase. Only when you have completed your submission we are able to meet our commitment.

After you have successfully completed your submission, you will first receive a confirmation of submission that will be sent to your email address. Within 5 working days after have you have completed and submitted your data, we will then send you a certification of purchase, confirming the specific devices to which we will provide the HP CarbonNeutral® Printing Product1 Certification.

  • Electronic copy of the distributor invoice to be uploaded during claiming process; (format: .pdf, .jpg, .gif, .png; max. file size: 3 MB)
