A heavy weight portable + Poor service option
A portable printer must be lightweight, but this one is much heavier than a modern computer laptop.
After only 2- cartridge replacements, the machine could not recognize any colour cartridges, so I brought it in for a paid service. To my surprise, after over 2 weeks, HP could not fix it and only offered me to buy a new Officejet 250 for about 56% of the retail price.
Since they force me to make a "purchase", I asked to replace it with an Officejet 200 to
A. Save my replacement cost
B. Cut some weight problems
C. Perhaps I will have better luck not having the same issue in the future with a different model.
HP rejected my request -_-

非常適合細小工作空間，家中少量打印非常好
細而輕巧，連接上非常方便好用，唯一要考慮既係耗材中的墨水和廢盒可以支援到幾時，因為型號獨特，無法共用，停產就無得用了！
