Rated 4 out of 5 by Bigdragon76 from Fair Laptop I am quite satisfy with this laptop, especially with ability to upgrade sodimm, Wifi card, and storage. It will be better if HP make program to switch RAM so, initial RAM not wasted when we upgrade. (I am upgrading two 8GB sodimm, so my original 2x4GB wasted) experience difficulty to upgrade to win 11, after switching RAM it works. (Will be better if service center can help upgrade windows as promised when I buy it)
