Product wise and delivery was ok, but they have committed to give installation support at the time of ordering but we got its delivery through courier and we wait for 3-4 days for installation assistance but they regret to do it and not sent any person after that we did it from external agency with extra payment.

Initially it got connected to all the systems including our mobile phones but failed within a day of installation. Since then the printer is idle. There was a scheduled call at 10.30 a.m. on 28.11.2023 but no one called yet. It is now 11.48 a.m.

Does the Toner will dry out as it happens in InkJet Printers. As I will not be using much for print out. Occasionally will be used. Hence, before investing need to confirm. As recommended minimum prints are 100 as per specs. If this is less than 50.
