Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the product expected I bought the first option which you tried to sell as the latest printer. only to realize that it is only B&W. who in the world sells that only B&W and why promote it as the latest one? you don't even say clearly that it is not color and keep so much useless information about product which is of no use to a layman? May be it is my view but everyone is not cost conscious and everyone does not wish to learn about printer technology especially when it is once in two years purchase event.
