Rated 1 out of 5 by from I regret buying this laptop from HP I had the worse experience with hp. I created a case for my keyboard and touchpad together. As an international student I needed my work to be done asap given that I had to go back in a couple of weeks. Then the a quotation was sent, but I was a bit confused because I thought that they had just sent me for one of my products, so I texted the support again to clarify my issue. They told me that they have created the case for both my keyboard and my touchpad, then the technician comes, and Brings just the touchpad with him. When I asked him, he said that they never made any case for my keyboard. So again I made another case for it and wasted so much of my time. today I find out that my touchpad Which was fixed by the technician is not working again, and now again, I have to go through all this, keeping in mind that I have to go back to Russia in just a week, horrible customer service ever!!!

But since last 03 years sysnet has decided to bring this image of hp to its grave, sysnet is continuing it's worst service and hp services are worst at current time. Last year I bought my 5th hp laptop and that will be my last hp laptop due to its poor service
