Rated 1 out of 5 by bob273 from Poor Quality. HP must be sorry for that. I would have given 0 stars if I had the option for. This printer is totally irritating product. Poor cartridge economy. The cartridge hardly lasts a few pages. Also, I keep it in a highly clean environment but this printer makes sure to catch moisture and stop printing in monsoons. It literally makes steam out of the printer. Literally, HP became notorious for its unfortunate durability problems. Its high time that HP must work on its customer satisfaction.
