Even after registering my complaint with HP no one came to check the printer. Then i ordered new cartridges as suggested by troubleshooter. On putting in new cartridge my previous problem of couour printing (was printing only pink colour) was solved but there are streaks in all the printouts. I have tries cleaning the cartridges and checked the ink levels too. But im unable to understand that why new printheads would print papers with streaks
