Rated 4 out of 5 by HP Envy User from Not Happy with Complain Mechanism, Repairing is Okay.(No Original Pack Seal on Replacement Battery) Work was done way, but the time required to log this complain and follow up with HP was very bad. It took 2 hours daily to connect with them on toll free numbers, no response on emails to their email IDs. Even Though they say that we will respond when you send email to there ID because there is no way to connect with same technician or call them directly. It takes about 2 hours of try to connect with them.
