Its good but it will be better if they decrease the price in Indian market.
Its good experience with the technician visit. He came home and changed the battery. they will take the old one with them after the replacing with new one. I think they charged more than extra in the name of the battery price :7999 rupees including GST+ technician visit charges. no need to pay extra to anyone.
But on otherside of HP US sites it costs around 30-40 dollars means in Indian monetary value 3500 rupees.
so company needs to showcase the trustable instincts to consumers without too much of capitalism.

Process was efficient but there was lack of documentation
The complete process was efficient and Battery got replaced seamlessly. But my only concern is for two points: 1. Taking back of old battery should be clearly notified during order placement. 2. No paper work was provided like invoice and battery warranty.

Weird Policies for HP Support
The support does deliver but the delivery takes a long time. Also, for some reason they take away your old battery for some reason. So even after paying 10K, they insisted on taking away the old battery.

Unacceptable battery backup from the brand new replacement battery
The replacement battery I received does not provide an acceptable amount of battery backup and after being fully charged to 100% in 2 hours, it runs the laptop on battery power only for 1hr 39mins or 1hr 44mins. This is an unacceptable performance from a brand new battery and it is far lesser than my previous battery which would run for 4 hrs to 4.5hrs after being fully charged.

Battery Replacement
It took 2 days to Order replacement batteries. 3 days to arrive to a nearby warehouse and later installation took another 7 days of arrival . In future , the installation period be restricted to 2 working days upon arrival of batteries, then 3 star rating can go to 5 star rating.

Battery should be included

Very Very Poor service from HP
The service was really very poor, the customer care call takes at least 20 minutes to connect, There is no one to explain the process, on one had yoiu would send the quotation on the other the HP people will ask to pay at a specific bank account, how to trust such mails is confusing. Plus there is no one available to call, HP center guys do not reply quickly on mails and respond in confusing text. It took me almost 4 months to get the battery replaced, I had to log two cases keep chasing HP people, make payment even when in doubt if I'm doing the right step.
This is the worst experience of my life, a battery replace would have happened in minutes if I would have reached out to a local vendor but, I thought of quality service which is not the moto of HP.
I really have second thoughts if I should purchase HP products as this kind of chasing is not possible, really pathetic service, very very poor show that too for a laptop that costs 80k and a battery that costs 10k.
I would recommend to learn from other vendors and improve service even my 20k washing gets serviced same day from company but, it took so much time in HP.
