Post Warranty Extension of HP Pavilion Laptop
I have using HP Pavilion Laptop for last three years. Bought it with an extended warranty. I didn't face any issues with the laptop. I got a timely reminder for extension of warranty for the forth year. Confidence of HP in offering warranty for extended period of time talks volumes of the quality of the product. I got the warranty extended completely online. The extension process was very simple and quick.

Short Time Window for Supporting Document Submission
Supporting Document Submission Time Window seems short, it need to provided more duration for the HP customers to respond, customers maybe engaged in work and may not find time to match HP Time slot window!

Ideas for warranty extension service.
HP should add a 2 years warranty extension plan also, it will be much feasible.... The costing of 1 year pack it above 5k.. so I think a 2 years warranty extension can range between 8k to 10k...

it takes too long to activate care pack. Took 15 days for me. There were no information provided about this timeline, hence I had tonsend email to support and then came to know about this timeline.

HP WARRANTY ONE YEAR EXTENSION - HP CARE PACK
RESPONSE WAS VERY POOR AND FOLLOWUP WAS VERY BAD. INFACT MY AMOUNT WAS REFUNDED ONCE WITHOUT PROPER INTIMATION. I WAS FRUSTRATED DURING THIS JOURNEY. ALSO MY WARRANTY WAS NOT REFLECTED IN MY HP WEBSITE LOGIN, EVEN AFTER THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED.

Lousy customer care
Terrible service. To think that in this day and age of tech, when my street vegetable vendor can process payments instantaneously, but HP takes 21 to 30 days to process my payment for a care pack, it's unbelievable. It's just plain bullying tactics, which is so unfair on the customer. Lousy customer care is an understatement.

1-year Next Business Day Onsite Warranty Extension
Very bad experience. I did an online renewal and it took 20 days for my laptop to start reflecting the renewal. Had to follow up multiple times with the teams to resolve this. And worst part is that HP has still renewed it from the date of expiry though I got it activated after 20 days.

Do not buy they do not provide warranty coverage for genuine faults from their end
Worst company to deal with for next day warranty service issuance they took almost a month to issue warranty.Secondly HP always denies repairs under pretext of external damage etc for substandard parts so beware

They never send people to check or diagnose your issues, they prefer only online trouble shooting even for hardware damage, in warranty period itself they demanded visiting fee for on-site checking, my 2 month old complaint to repair and replace battery on paid basis is not attended even after reminder, worst support

Multiple follow-ups for Warranty Extension
Pathetic Customer Support. Despite payment, Warranty was not extended and Certificate did not come to me automatically. Took me a month of follow-ups, emails and chats to get it. Customer care did not know what to respond or why the Certificate did not come to me. Kept asking same questions, which I had already replied to. Multiple levels of stupidity as HP. If required, please see my emails, and chat archive for review.

Why I was not given warranty extension . I was confused about the warranty expiry as sometimes the dates are with month in middle , some times it begins with month /date/ year .
