Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective hp805 tri colour cartridge The product is supplied through local supplier Savex Technology Pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad with their invoice, not hp. Supplied hp805 tri colour crtridge is almost one year old (January 2023) which is defective. Cayon colour is missing in prints with hp2331 printer. I am using hp inkjet printers since 2007 but first time I found new original defective cartridge. This is very shucking for me as I always trust hp products. Please initiate for replacement of the product.

THE ABOVE MENTIONED NEW CARTRIDGE WAS OPENED AND PLACED IN THE SOCKET IN THE PRINTER WHICH WAS IN A WORKING CONDITION WITH BLACK PRINTS. SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING DISPLAYING A RED SIGN AT "X".I AM NOT A TECHNO SAVVY PERSON. SO TOOK THE HELP OF MY SON'S FRIEND WHO IS MCA WORKING IN TECHNICAL FIELD SINCE LAST >A DECADE.HE OPENED THE HP SMART APP & DIAGNOSED THAT CARTRIDGE PROBLEM. HE REMOVED THE NEW CARTRIDGE AND PLACED THE OLD ONE. THAT RED SIGN AT 'X' ON THE PRINTER VANISHED. NOW THE PRINTER WAS RECEIVING COMMANDS FOR PRINTING. BUT SOON CONVERTS INTO ERROR. DISPLAYING THAT THE STATUS OF THE PRINTER IS NOT AVAILABLE. HENCE NOT WORKING NOW.
