But the colour cartridge got exhausted within 18-20 prints only. This is such a shocker! While the official document online claims about 150 pages per cartridge, it is surprising to see low ink notice even before hitting 25 pages! I wish this wasn't the case because it only means one has to keep buying new cartridges every 25-30 prints, which doesn't make sense. This needs to be addressed immediately. I had booked the printer online throught HP store, though i appreceate quick and safe delivery of the product, there was too much of plastic used for packaging. It would be better to use more sustainable packaging instead of using so much plastic to secure the product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Below Average Printer Well its unfortunate that the printing technology is still the same as it was in the year 2001 while I was studying and got my first HP Deskjet Printer. I had the similar HP Deskjet printer back then and I expected the technology to improve over last 20 years however some MNC's seem to have stopped investing in R&D. Coming back to the printer, the print quality is pretty average for today, my color cartridge was empty in less than 45 prints. Black is less than half after 32 prints and all this while keeping the quality of print at normal print quality. I doubt what HP claims about the number of copies it can print in one cartridge is true, it is not even close. I have tried Scanning and Copying, these functions work well as expected, wifi function also works well. I am yet to try print from anywhere, photo quality print and scan to email features. Initial experience of the printer is not very convincing, I expected a better print quality and better cartridge life. Giving 3 star only because of the functions like Color Scanning / Color copying and wifi capabilities. Stay away from this printer is possible.

It’s a nightmare to install the printer - setup was a prolonged nightmare of 5 days. AND HO SERVICE SUPPORT WAS UTTERLY DISGUSTING & PATHETIC. Zero committed response for 48+48+40 hours after first call for service. Escalation to service head was even more horrible and totally useless since the Service head representatives were clueless as to who should be attending the service from their own service center for a big 48+40 hours of escalation; and that too for a primer ordered from HP Online. And the installation is still incomplete !!!! Finally after some success - The scanning speed at moderate resolution is very very slow. So please be cautious. And if you are banking on HP service support - by so called Service head escalation // May the almighty be with you.

But for HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2778 All-in-One Printer (showing as 2700 in driver) may be due to some reasons, New Pack of Color Ink bottle is finished with blue color with 2-3 printouts of photographs. OR Blue Color ink had a problem in printing. We visited local HP Store for support but no proper response. Hence, purchased new color ink bottle. Later I started printing with DRAFT Mode. Even though, with 30-40 pages of BLACK Color, in Draft Mode, Black Color ink is finished. Result is, Printing is Too Costly. Also, Wi-Fi connectivity and Response Time of the Printer is Not Good. Downloaded HP App, Tried to connect through Wi-Fi, but not getting connected. And procedure is not smooth. Hence, request HP - can they change the Model of the printer for me ? with less costing of printing and proper response time ? Thanks. Besides, we believe in HP.

However, I was very disappointed with its performance and quality. The printer ran out of ink very quickly, even though I only printed a few pages per week. The ink cartridges were also very expensive and hard to find. The print quality was terrible, with faded colors and blurry text. The printer was also very noisy and slow, and often jammed or gave error messages. I regret wasting my money on this printer and I do not recommend it to anyone.

But, didn't expected that the printing will be difficult (this does not mean slow). Difficult means, with wire or wireless, the printing will be in queue for long and sometimes, no response. Scanning one pages takes not less than 3-4 minutes (imagine, if you have scan a small document). The product looks beautiful, but I would recommend, to first have a demo of print and scan before buying any printer.

I had a HP printer earlier and I went for this wifi printer as a replacement based on what was listed by HP. Issues It doesn't connect to wifi easily, it's always a struggle When it connects and prints, the print output is not what is claimed by HP. I'm shocked actually at the print output because of which we hardly use it. It has become a white elephant in the house. Can you exchange this printer if above issues cannot be fixed. I have two kids in 11th and 12th grades and hence have a lot of printing requirements. Pls look into this ASAP

The agent visited and informed us that the logic board is spoilt. The promise was made to be fixed in 4 days. I have been waiting since 2 weeks with no proper response. My work is impacted as this is the only printer I have. I would not recommend this product.

Despite following the systems of raising a complaint etc, the resolution given to me was to arrange a replacement of the printer cartridge at my own expense and inconvenience, which is completely unsatisfactory given it was a new printer and the was the cartridge that came in the box. One month on I have still not received a solution from HP despite many phone calls etc to 'customer care' .

Rated 1 out of 5 by dhavalmehta from SNAIL IS FASTER - HP Deskjet ink Advantage 2776 All-in-One printer we recently bought HP colour printer 2776 with wifi from Kohinoor electronics showroom in Kandivali , Mumbai the store sales guy told us that we can easily print 400 pages. but both the colour and black white got over in way less pages to be realistic in range of 100-150. also we have never printed any photo, that so much ink will get used! top it up with bigger problem - the prints come out at a SNAIL PACE - maybe Snail will be faster - I AM NOT EXAGGERATING!!
