I have not received invoice yet. This laptop is not listed when I log-in into my HP account. I am not able to see guarantee details, support details. I have called multiple time but have not got any support. I had to cancelled my first purchase and re-purchase same laptop as details were not captured in first order. I have bought with NO COST EMI, however I haven't received any details on that. This is first time that I am purchasing something worth 1 lac and I do not have any formal details - receipt, invoice, etc.

Too much junk apps installed. Screen is good, sound could be better, IMAX doesn't stand out, normal HD display. Touch is good, responsive. Rechargeable touch pen is good.

Does this laptop has HDR capability and is that display can produce 500 nits? Also, the initial description says it's OLED display but in the detailed specs, it writes as IPS display. Which one is correct?
