Since its an new product I didn't except this from company especially from HP store. Am not sure about the quality check done on the each phase. This really made an regretted to purchase the laptop directly from the HP Store. There was iniital defect and the product got delivered without doing any quality check. I need to repair the new laptop within a day after purchase. This made me really unhappy on the product and the company.

As a best practice, there should be at least 2 partitions, one for windows installation and the other for personal data ('D' partition).
