Key pad is quite bad to use, either they should be any lighting effect in the keys or the light should be in some other bright color. The free luggage trolley offer for this purchase seems be a cheating, I am not able to claim it as the product/serial number is not coming up in the redemption partner page.

Since its an new product I didn't except this from company especially from HP store. Am not sure about the quality check done on the each phase. This really made an regretted to purchase the laptop directly from the HP Store. There was iniital defect and the product got delivered without doing any quality check. I need to repair the new laptop within a day after purchase. This made me really unhappy on the product and the company.

As a best practice, there should be at least 2 partitions, one for windows installation and the other for personal data ('D' partition). The laptop was delivered to me in the 1st week of April '23 but still the warranty was showing only 10 months.
