Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it I bought this in March 2020, 2 major problems I am facing are: 1. The keyboard stopped working in March 2022, just in 2 years. Went to hp stores several times, but no solution. 2. It takes at least an hour to to boot the system once started or restarted. The computer turns on, but you will only be able to see locked screen with time and if you try to unlock, it blacks out. This keeps repeating for an hour. Then finally you can unlock and it works ok as usual. But this is quiet irritating as it defeats the main purpose of owning a laptop, you can't carry it for meetings, it won't turn on time, we have to keep it on and then go for the meetings.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fragile and faulty design I purchased this laptop as I already had 2 year old version of hp x360 series with i7 10th gen which was amazing but this one having a faulty and fragile design . It feels it will break easily. When you open the screen beyong 90degrees , it lifts up the keyboard and the screen portion of laption holds the laptop . Which would lead to damage to screen easily . No protective rubber coating on screen and it goes smashing on keyboard while closing the laptop . I have been using hp laptops from over 12 years and never expected such poor design quality from hp.

In half an hour of usage temp goes to 98C, I checked it by downloading HW Monitor. You tell battery backup is of 11hrs but it drains too early. the right button of trackpad stucks too many times, What can i do tell me, I am very upsey by spending 77000rs and i got this.
