Rated 4 out of 5 by Rikabrata from Good laptop happy to use HP Pavilion x360 35.6 cm (14) 2-in-1 Laptop 14-ek1010TU, Silver In the box: 1 Laptop, 1 adaptor for charging, 1 stylus pen, manual + HP bag Writing the review after using it for 10 days. Overall it is a very good laptop and many good features but I will start with the drawbacks of this model. Cons: Camera quality is very poor. Takes grainy images. Camera should have been better in this price range. Even budget phones have better camera with software than this. The sound quality is a bit low. Internal speakers are placed behind or below the laptop. No LAN port, so only dependent on wifi to connect to the internet. 2 USB ports and both are on the right side. No Hard disk indicator light. Design issue in keyboard - Power button is placed between Delete key and Backspace key. Accidental pressing of the power button instead of the delete key can happen . Screen size is relatively a bit smaller if you are habituated to large screens. It is only 14 cms. The Touchscreen makes the laptop slightly heavy compared to its size. Stylus does not come with any charging cord. Pros: Touchscreen. Foldable. Screen rotation. Small size. Easy to carry around. 3 mode backlight in keyboard. The camera shutter can be manually operated. Stylus Pen with 2 spare tips and manual in a box. On the first use it will connect to the internet via wifi and update Windows. Windows 11 home edition. Microsoft Office home edition you will get Word, Excel and PowerPoint only. It is free for lifetime but you can upgrade if you want to. Intel i5 133U processor. Intel Graphics. 1 TB hard disk. Usable space 900GB. 16 GB RAM. Additional 2GB of Onedrive space for cloud storage. 1 SD card slot. 2 USB slots on the right. 1 Type C slot on the left. 1 HDMI slot on the left. 1 headphone jack on the left. Power input on the right. Heating is not much and can be controlled by turning off not required background programs. Battery runs for 4-5 hours of normal usage ( watching movies, playing music, using Office, internet browsing) The length of the adapter is good. Keys are springy not much effort required to press. Mouse pad is smooth. The fingerprint sensor is fast. F1 Function key to open smileys. Overall it is a good laptop for everyday purposes. Giving a 4 star because of camera quality.

The value of your old laptop displayed on the Cashify page (to which link is posted on HP Purchase Site), will be reduced by 40% to 50% when the cashify visiting person. Please don't believe the sales Team of HP when they tell you that you will be getting the same value (plus/minus 5%) for old laptop as shown on Cashify link mentioned on HP website. Secondly, don't opt for a silver colour. The letters on the keyboard if the keyboard is placed at a certain angle.

Unfortunately, the HP website is not very user-friendly, and the customer service I received to resolve the technical glitch was useless. I am very disappointed with both the website and the customer service.

I wanted laptop for moderate home usage like watching movies, storing family pictures and videos, office and education related work on MS Office, web browsing etc. My search ended with this laptop. It's really good laptop with many features which have been claimed by HP. # It did come with a pen. # Sound quality of speakers is decent [good for couple watch, won't recommend watching with many people and keep the laptop at a distance]. # I charged it to 100% and after 36 hours when I started it the battery was shown as 97% so charge retention in winters is good. Later Watch Tiger 3 on web. The battery at the end of 3 hours [power saving mode auto-applied] was 50% so the battery backup is good. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase. I got it after a discount of INR 10k at INR 75k by availing the offer under CEPP (corporate discount).

I don’t play games and do little beyond word or ppt. Speakers sound low and worse than my seven year old similar HP laptop. Will take it to service centre, all in all not a good first experience.
