The value of your old laptop displayed on the Cashify page (to which link is posted on HP Purchase Site), will be reduced by 40% to 50% when the cashify visiting person. Please don't believe the sales Team of HP when they tell you that you will be getting the same value (plus/minus 5%) for old laptop as shown on Cashify link mentioned on HP website. Secondly, don't opt for a silver colour. The letters on the keyboard if the keyboard is placed at a certain angle.

Unfortunately, the HP website is not very user-friendly, and the customer service I received to resolve the technical glitch was useless. I am very disappointed with both the website and the customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product in good price under CEPP For last 11 months, I had been searching a laptop having touch screen, Core i5 processor, 1 TB Hard disk space within INR 80k. I wanted laptop for moderate home usage like watching movies, storing family pictures and videos, office and education related work on MS Office, web browsing etc. My search ended with this laptop. It's really good laptop with many features which have been claimed by HP. # It did come with a pen. # Sound quality of speakers is decent [good for couple watch, won't recommend watching with many people and keep the laptop at a distance]. # I charged it to 100% and after 36 hours when I started it the battery was shown as 97% so charge retention in winters is good. Later Watch Tiger 3 on web. The battery at the end of 3 hours [power saving mode auto-applied] was 50% so the battery backup is good. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase. I got it after a discount of INR 10k at INR 75k by availing the offer under CEPP (corporate discount).

I don’t play games and do little beyond word or ppt. Speakers sound low and worse than my seven year old similar HP laptop. Will take it to service centre, all in all not a good first experience.
