It little tough to use, but the printer should be a little easy or familiar to use, as per ink jet printers.
and Uppper portion must be heavy as now its only single plastic body, and you have to put videos for customer how to remove printer head

**HP Printer Review: A Great Upgrade from Epson**
After using an Epson printer for a while, I decided to switch to an HP printer, and I must say, it has been a fantastic upgrade. The print quality is excellent—sharp, crisp, and very precise, making it perfect for both documents and images.
The scanning functionality is also quite good, delivering clear and accurate scans. However, the only downside is that the DPI settings are fixed, and there’s no option to adjust them as needed. While this isn’t a dealbreaker, it would have been a great feature to have.
Overall, I’m really satisfied with the HP printer. It’s efficient, reliable, and produces high-quality prints. If you’re looking for a solid performer, this is definitely a great choice!

ID copy option not avilable and pulling 2 and 3 pages together
I have purchase this printer and dust inside the printer scanner and 3 pages pulling together again and again pulling page tray for flip the page for id card print. that is the major problem id card print option not available in this printer. i want to return this and want to purchase id card print printer. please replace this printer.

Very good printer with a terrible HP Smartapp software
The printer is good but the printer software is terrible. Auto duplex saves time and pages. The software wasn't easy to configure. The instructions in the manual doesn't specify clearly on how to configure it. The HP printer should have a clear manual and improve the quality of the software and it should be easy to configure. No one from HP called me to set up a appointment to come to my home for configuring for the software, rather I had to call them over phone for configuration help. The HP closed the ticket without even trying to call me. Have to check how many pages it prints with the ink.

Servicing of the Printer
The Printer is Good. There is no mention to whom you should contact in case of any problems with the printer. Also there should be a home service (for removing dust from the printer and also servicing of the moveable parts). This is lacking in HP. To get some service, we have to search google to find out where to call. Also when a printer is sold, automatically technical personnel should come to instal the printer. This facility is not there.

Good printer, but poor software for Mac
Good printer, with good performance and quality of printing, although could be faster. However, the HP Smart software provided does not work on the Mac and causes the Chrome browser to crash. Advice from HP online suggests not to use the software! This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed.
