Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorest service ever Service is very very poor. Even after 14 days of payment spare part is yet to be changed. The phone number of service representative is always switched off, neither is there any communication from HP Local service representative. Even after sending a complaint email , problem remains unsolved. This is the worst servicing response ever seen.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Payment Issue - Too High - Go for Local Even after paying the full amount, they kept asking me to show the receipt or the transaction ID. This should have been present in their system since everything was done online, they kept badgering me for transaction Id for half an hour. Despite so much charges, such poor service. No way to contact via call to customer care to negotiate on quotation. Go for local purchase instead of HP serice. Too high charges

I've filled the invoice request form multiple times.......i don't know what is taking you guys so long to complete my request for which I've been calling the hp service centre everyday.....wrost service ever

This is the worst customer support I have seen in the whole world if you really care about your customer, please put in your effort to get my laptop repair as soon as possible
