But since last 03 years sysnet has decided to bring this image of hp to its grave, sysnet is continuing it's worst service and hp services are worst at current time. Last year I bought my 5th hp laptop and that will be my last hp laptop due to its poor service

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst service, worst policies, worst product Very poor service. First you charge hefty prices, then the customer also has to return the old part which HP has no right on. Then you have low skilled poorly trained technician/engineers who take 2 hour for a 45 mins work and even after that there is some new issue that comes up in the laptop

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely bad service They took more than a week to send technician to my home after I paid for the quotation. When the technician came to repair laptop, he informed us that the quotation provided by HP was wrong. And now, it's been more than 7 days since I asked for refund but no action has been taken. Whenever I call on the helpline I am being told that I will recieve a call for refund within 2 days but I haven't received any call yet . The service is really poor, I didn't expect this from a company like HP.
