Rated 1 out of 5 by from A really bad experience The laptop i recieved was in good condition but on the 4th day, it suddenly started showing one vertical line on the left side of the screen . It was using 49-50 percent of the ram in idle state for background processes .and also there was fps problem after the 3rd day. And I also added hyper x headphones and the sound quality was also not good sometimes the sound used to come from one side only. Basically Hp is not a good company to buy laptops . Also when I applied for replacement after they took my defected laptop . It should have took around 2 days to get my replace item and it is the third day and there is no kind of update from their side . I really disliked their service .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from hard disk 512GB harddisk is not sufficient for the gaming laptops and the price which we paid is bigger where the other comparisons after purchase i see this is negative for this laptop. make the minimum build is appropriate when the dreams are bigger. it will be a great success. no many options to customise as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hp Omen review Too Heavy. Poor Keyboard. Keyboard is just with fancy backlit light but hard to read key label. Small key size in keyboard creates a lot off difficulty. You will get difficulty to read label in keyboard while working with keyboard. Right key of cursor pad is hard to press and slow in response. Laptop battery is not updatable. HP customer support and technical team will simply deny any update. Laptop batter drain too fast. It is better to buy some other laptop. I first purchased HP laptop in 2009 and since that work fine so I also decide to go again with HP and purchase new omen. But it seems company degrade itself in device and customer support itself. If you order something, and after few minutes you simply feel that you want to update order. No one will lister you. Customer support will just pass your issue to another, and you will get packet with old configuration.

PROS: RTX 4050 6GB Refresh rate 144Hzs (but display quality is not that good. I would say average display. i5 13420H processor DDR 5 5200MHz (great) Gen 4 SSD. Cons: Dispaly is not good. Only 1 slot for SSD.

My laptop is dead not booting up after fully discharged by my mobile charging in power off mode. Now it's not booting up, charged my battery up to 6 hours but unable to boot. Even power button light is not showing on.
