Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product is good This product is good but purchasing from HP online store is still not convenient & wrong information will be provided by HP sales representative about product & bunddle package purchased along laptop sales representative confirmed me that the bunddled will be delivered within 1 to 2 days after delivery of laptop but after claiming that bangle reality disclosed that thease discounted items will be delivered after 4 to 6 week plaese be informed accordingly before purchase

My previous HP laptop was also the same. NO ONLINE INVOICE ! EVEN IF YOU REQUEST INVOICE THEY WONT PROVIDE THE INVOICE PDF COPY.

Unfortunately, the product I ordered was not available, despite being listed as in stock at the time of purchase. Additionally, there was a misunderstanding regarding a discount code I used. As a result, the estimated delivery time was extended, and I was informed that it would take approximately 7 to 10 days to receive my order. I found the process to be unclear and confusing, especially since I had already started making EMI payments. Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to carefully review the website's policies and procedures before making a purchase to avoid similar challenges.
