Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Product but Absolutely Horrible Service Laptop specs and quality are upto my expectations, it works smoothly. But the two stars deducted is due to the poor support I received from Hp customer support team. The sales representative via whom I bought this laptop gave me misinformation about the delivery date of this laptop (7 to 10 days). Whereas the shipment actually came after 24 days. Moreover he continued on his misinformation and after a point completely ghosted me. The only saving grace Hp can have is due to another sales staff, Mr Rohan, who actually told me the whole issue and expedited my order. This bad experience with Hp support team is making me rethink about buying future productsfrom Hp

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall a decent buy with some minor suggestions First of all, the backpack has not been received with the laptop. Now coming to the laptop, i feel it is not perfect but good overall. I feel the screen should improve. Further I feel that the screen hinge has some issue. It is not smooth, perhaps too brittle. makes crackling noise when opened or closed. Still I would say that it is good overall buy and meets my requirements. I hope it lasts long and passes the test of time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect product perfect product . it is performance beast and GPU is also very powerful. go for it if you are ok with a liitle hinge wobbling and only 250 nits brightness is also a little disappointment. other than these two shortfalls there is no other issue you will find in this laptop.. best prodiuct in this budget segment.

Most energy efficient CPU among all x86 processors (and second to apple's ARM M2), for me average geekbench score is: (SC) 2400 (MC) 11000 2. 6-7 hours battery backup (thanks to CPU efficiency) 3. integrated GPU (RDNA3 780M) give 30000 score on geekbench. 4. Best in class DDR5 - 5600 MHz speed RAM. 5. Look is elegant and minimal (unlike gaming laptops) and no flashy RGB! 6. Free Microsoft office and Full HD web cam 7. LAN port is there. Cons: 1. Discrete GPU (RTX3050-6GB) is only twice faster than integrated and consume 3W while doing nothing, and reduced battery backup time. 2. only 70Whr battery capacity i mean this laptop should come with RTX4050 or 90Whr battery. 3. No USB-4. (at least they can give one 10gbps USB3 port) 4. Average screen. I mostly use this laptop for programming (like Matlab, Verilog,..etc), documents, presentations, online lectures and 4-5 hours of weekends gaming (AAA and e-sport)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Little bit disappointed with battery although it’s good product I am using it from last 5 to 6 days and it performance is good but battery backup is too low there is only 2 hours of battery backup. Memory utilisation cross 35% even when it is in not use.
