What can you now do on a Z that you couldn’t do before?
The powerful hardware allows for seamless multitasking, enabling me to run resource-intensive applications simultaneously without any lag. Additionally, the GPU capabilities have also elevated my creative work, allowing for smoother rendering and faster design iterations.
What is the next thing you want to learn or experiment with on your Z workstation?
I'm excited to deep dive into training my own mini LLM’s locally using the Z workstation's GPUs. It opens up possibilities for fine-tuning and customizing models for specific tasks, enhancing my understanding of GenAI on a highly personalized level.
What’s your favorite Z feature?
The lightning-fast storage is my favorite Z feature – high-capacity SSDs and advanced controllers make file transfers nearly instantaneous, transforming my workflow.
