When will I receive my order?


  • For Klang Valley, orders made will be delivered within the same or next business day
  • Outside Klang Valley, orders are shipped within 1 day after payment is received and cleared
  • Cut off time for same day delivery and other conditions apply (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) - see table below for more information
  • To estimate delivery time, enter your postal code on the product page before you make your purchase
  • Delivery time is from 12 PM to 8 PM via Grab Express
  • Exceeded orders might be postponed for next day delivery (first 50 paid orders only)
  • Parcels should be received personally by the customer from the Grab drivers (on first floor, lobby or reception)

How are my monthly payments made?
Once approval is obtained from your bank, the deduction will appear in your monthly statement. The total amount will be divided equally based on the duration of the Instalment Payment Plan.

Is there any late payment charge?
Yes, based on your bank rates/charges. Please check with your bank for more information.

How to Apply for 0% INTEREST FREE Instalment Payment Plan?

Price Match Terms


At the time of purchase, the HP Malaysia Store (https://www.hp.com/my-en/shop/) will match the current direct-fulfilled price (including all taxes and delivery charges) for new "Comparable PCs" and identical HP printer model numbers from HP's authorised reseller. Just call us on 1800 88 4889.

"Comparable PCs" are defined as desktops and notebooks which have the same specifications (screens, touch capability, operating system, processor, memory, hard drive, optical drive, graphic cards and all other product features) as an HP PC listed on https://www.hp.com/my-en/shop/.

Please call us to request a price match and to complete your new purchase because price match requests cannot be completed via e-mail or the online store at check-out. When you call, please tell the sales agent:

1. The applicable PC or Printer you’d like to purchase from https://www.hp.com/my-en/shop/, and
2. The Comparable PC (manufacturer and detailed specification) or identical HP Printer model number offered by the other retailer; the direct fulfilled price (including all taxes and delivery charges) and the steps you took to get to the price. Please note that price matching is only available when the relevant product(s) are in stock both in the HP Malaysia Store as well as HP's authorised reseller at the time of purchase. The HP Malaysia Store sales agent will review and verify the price match request with you on the phone, including determining whether the other retailer is HP's authorised reseller,verifying whether the PC is a Comparable PC or whether the identical HP printer model number is sold on the HP Malaysia Store, and checking the lower price and the availability of the product on the HP Malaysia Store.

1. Does the product model number need to match exactly?

For PCs, no, the product model number does not need to match; however the PC must be a "Comparable PC" as described in these terms: having the same specifications (screens, touch capability, operating system, processor, memory, hard drive, optical drive, graphic cards and all other product features) as an HP PC listed on https://www.hp.com/my-en/shop/

For HP Printers, yes, the product model number need to match.

2. Do the specifications have to match exactly?

3. Do I request a Price Match before or after I make a purchase?

4. When does this HP Malaysia Store Price Match Policy not apply?

This Price Match Policy is limited to one price match per item, per guest and only apply to prices offered by a Competitor (either by its website or in store).

This Price Match Policy applies to sales in Malaysia only.

The following items are excluded from this Price Match Policy:

7. Are competitors' services eligible for price matching?

No. Due to the differences in services being performed, the HP Malaysia Store does not match other retailers' service prices including, but not limited to, services such as delivery, installation and computer services such as Care Packs.

8. What if the other retailer does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?

If the item is out of stock it is not eligible for price matching.

9. Does the HP Malaysia Store price match "free gift with purchase" offers?

No. The HP Malaysia Store does not price match "free gift with purchase" orders. This includes promotions that offer a free gift card with purchase.

10. Does the HP Malaysia Store price match offers with financing?

The HP Malaysia Store does not match financing offers. The HP Malaysia Store also does not price match a price that can only be received when using a nationally recognised online retailer's credit card. However, if you buy a product from the HP Malaysia Store and receive a price match, you are still able to apply for our low or no interest financing plans on your original purchase.

11. Does the HP Malaysia Store match trade-in value and offers on trade-in products?

No. The HP Malaysia Store does not match trade-in value and offers on trade-in products.

12. What if I have a coupon or special discount for the HP Malaysia Store?

You can either take advantage of (i) a price match under this Policy or separately, (ii) any coupon or special discount that you have for the HP Malaysia Store, but not both.

Change or Cancel an Order

If you need to make a change to your order, please call at 1800 88 4889 (Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm excluding public holidays).


Cancellations and Returns


Any order may be cancelled prior to delivery of the products. HP reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee (as subjected to HP Terms and Conditions). To cancel an order, you must call our Contact Centre toll-free at 1 800 88 4889 during business hours.


All orders are subject to acceptance by HP, including HP satisfying any requirements under any US or other export control regulations. Electronic orders must satisfy any legal requirements that agreements be in writing. Products ordered and/or delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise agreed by HP, at its sole discretion. Cancellation or reschedule charges for services may be applicable. Any non-refundable deposit paid in relation to a cancelled order is irreversibly forfeited at the time of cancellation. Subject to this clause, Once you have submitted your order it is final and binding upon you.

Refunds


When do you get a refund for the cancelled order?


Upon HP or Service Provider deciding to allow your cancellation of the order or return of your product and subsequent to the complete compliance of the same, where the payment was made by the below methods, we will refund the money in Ringgit Malaysia to the same account used to carry out the transaction. HP or the Service Provider will refund the amount within 15 business days following cancellation. No other payment method or appeal for change will be entertained.

All refunds against order cancellations, after adjusting the 3% cancellation charges, will be processed. Same applies if there is any change in order and the differential amount, if any, is to be refunded.

Damaged & Replace

Damaged Product or Box


In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product don’t worry.
Firstly, please be sure to note and outline any damage on the delivery note supplied by our carrier.
To help us fix the situation as quickly as possible please call our Post Sales team within 14 days of receipt of your order 1800 888 588

Please provide as much detail as possible:
• Is the damage visible on the product before or after opening?
• Was the box/equipment damaged?
• Provide photographic evidence of the damage.
• HP will arrange to collect the goods at a convenient date and once returned back to our warehouse and assessed HP will ship you a replacement or give you a refund.

About pre-order

What is a pre-order?


“Pre-order” allows you to reserve a product or purchase in advance prior to its scheduled release date or restock. Products in pre-order status are marked with “pre-order” button.


Pre-order reservation can be made via full advance payment. You can also opt for "Notify me" and get notified when the pre-order product is available for purchase.

Ordering & Payment


How do I make a pre-order reservation?


1. On the product listing page, select the product with "PRE-ORDER NOW" and add to cart.


2. View your cart and enter your postal code under "Shipping option". If delivery is available for your location, proceed to checkout.


3. At Checkout, fill in your details, shipping & billing address, and your preferred payment method. Proceed to confirm order.


4. Order confirmation and details will be sent to your email. You can also login to your HP Online Store account and check the order status on My Order page.


When will I be charged?


You will be charged immediately after checkout. You will be notified via email when the product is ready to be shipped.


What happens if the listing price changes between the time when I pre-order and the time it ships?


While the pre-order list price does not decrease often, if it does, you will receive the lower list price.


Can I purchase more than 1 item in my pre-order?


Yes. Please note that each pre-ordered product will have a separate order reference number.


Can I cancel my pre-order?


Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Please note a cancellation fee will be applicable.

What happens if the pre-order release date changes?


Pre-order release dates listed are based on information we receive from the manufacturers and could be subject to change.


If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, or if the release is canceled all together, we will notify you via email.


Will I get reminder when my pre-order is shipped?


Once your item is ready to be shipped, we will send the delivery information to your email.


Can I change my shipping address after I've confirmed my pre-order?


Yes, you can change your shipping address for your pre-order anytime prior to the release date and shipment of the product.


When changing the shipping address, please make sure your payment method and billing address are up to date.

Can I return my pre-order item after delivery?

What are "Clearance items" products?


All products listed in our Clearance items are brand-new discontinued products shipped in original packaging. We usually have very limited quantities of these products and when they are gone, we can't get more.
There are no refurbished models available through the Clearance items.

How do I use a discount coupon code?


To redeem coupons, just enter at cart once you completed your shopping and are ready to checkout.

1. After choosing your required options, click on the buy now button.
2. Click "View/Edit cart".
3. Enter your coupon code in the box labelled "Apply Discount Code" and click "Apply Discount".
4. Your coupon discount should show up on the Discounts line, under the Total Discount.
5. Click the "Checkout" button.
6. After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.


Why is my coupon code rejected?


If your coupon code is rejected, there may be several reasons:

1. You have entered the coupon code incorrectly. Please re-check the code and re-enter it.
2. You are trying to apply a discount to a product not included in the coupon offer, such as products combined with others in a bundle, or refurbished products that may not allow coupon discounts.
3. Your coupon has expired.
4. Your coupon requires a minimum purchase which has not been met.
5. Your coupon is limited to a set quantity of purchases and the limit has already been met. For example, limited to the first 25 units sold.
6. Your product is not available to coupon discounts as designated by coupon details.

HP Online Store distributes coupons to our customers periodically. All standard HP Online Store Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made using coupons including our Personal Use policy. Coupons may be subject addition terms, conditions, and restrictions including:

• Valid between start and end dates as posted on the coupon.
