Packaging not as advertisedThe pakaging is not the same as advertised. Instead of product no (eg:GT51 - which also labeled at printer), the package only shown manufacturing SKU number.. A bit confusing esp for non technical person.

Still BlinkingHi!
I got blinking error on my GT 5820 printer. After referring to the HP representative, they told me to change the printhead since it had been expired.
After replacing the printhead by following all the procedures, the error is still there. I couldn't do printing or alignment since the letters "P" and "A" do not appear.
What should I do now? Thanks in advance for the help
