Laptopthe computer was easy to operate and used. The slight marked on the mouse keypad. I am not sure if it was a rebuld tablet or not. It didn't state on the invoice or the website.

Disappointing to have McAffee forced upon meThe Laptop is very good - BUT that you are being forced to have McAffee Antivirus installed automatically when you agree to the Terms & Conditions from HP is misleading, unprofessional and annoying. You get a 30 day trial after which you have to buy MCAffee. There is no choice to opt out of this when you install and set up your HP laptop. That is extremely disappointing. Because of this under-handed business practice I give only 1 star. BTW I have contacted HP about this and was given the run-around and in the end was told it is all perfectly legal and they don't see anything wrong with this behaviour.

Good enough for the money.Laptop is nice works well except didn't properly use the 1440p screen I bought as it only registered it as a 1080p screen. When I contacted HP support I heard nothing back after over a week. So I am happy with the laptop but not the after sales support.

Problems loading software.A nice machine but I have tried twice now to load some Panasonic software (which has not been a problem for the other 2 laptops I have running Windows 11). However, when I try to re-start this one when prompted, it won't re-start. I have only just received it and it is now back at the HP repairers for the second time in 2 days. Hopefully, they will be able to get it sorted but it is frustrating and I don't understand why this is happening when I had no problems loading (and using) this Panasonic software on my other 2 near new HP laptops running Windows 11. Thank goodness the HP repairers are only a 25 minute drive away.

Great MachineExcellent laptop and great for all tasks
