Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fantastic Laptop. Terrible USB ports (Alas 3 stars) My appreciation of quality is very high. Take this review with a grain of salt learning towards it is a good laptop side. Overall design quality is fantastic, and more than fits the purpose of a light weight laptop. Specs are decent. My only complaint is the USB ports are very tight to a point if I will accidentally damage the USB or put out the port it self. This happens because of a collapsing USB port design HP has installed on this laptop to improve the aesthetics. If you expect to be using removable USB devices like in my case for connecting the device to my work station regularly (or even mice, keyboard, or Memory Sticks) you should consider another laptop. Otherwise fantastic laptop.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Its alright I tried to use Excel for some work, but somehow when I used some of the functions, the computer froze. That was my first day using the computer. On the same day, the keyboard didn't work properly. I had to restart it to get it working again. Overall is alright for work.
