Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need to improve on reliability Meeting my expectation initially and after sometime of use (probably after printing of about 25 pages/ 6months to 1 year), do not print anything. Just a blank paper come out and no symptom of showing poor printing. After replacing new cartridge, able to print again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality high yield ink I haven't used it as my ink has not run out but I like to buy from HP directly as the ink lasts not like when I buy it from other platforms. I bought from Qoo10 before and the ink finished in like 3 weeks and I have only printed out like 20 sheets, unbelievable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service I bought 2 ink cartridges during the circuit breaker time. Despite hard time getting thru popular which are closed luckily managed to get online. Most impressive was delivery free so thankful. N I omitted my unit number while online purchase. Error was rectified n delivery successful.
