Rated 4 out of 5 by Xuechwh from Follow up action for replacement of the keyboard Had just encountered issue with the keyboard function whenever I tried to do print screen using the Windows shortcut keys. am referring to the prt sc key located just below the hp logo Regardless of what method I tried using various Windows shortcut keys to do print screen or partial print screen - there is no image saved in the screenshot folder. Appreciate HP Customer Service Team assistance on whether the keyboard button for f9 and prt scn which use the same keyboard button is causing the malfunction. Please email to me on what follow up action e.g. replacement of the keyboard by HP can be expedited by HP?

Hey, the HP 23.8-inch All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cr0039d comes with 8 GB of LPDDR-5-5500 MHz onboard RAM (soldered), so you will not be able to upgrade it further.

Hey Sarwan, HP 23.8-inch All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cr0039d comes with 1 USB Type-C 5Gbps signaling rate; 2 USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate; 2 USB 2.0 Type-A; 1 headphone/microphone combo; 1 RJ-45; 2 M.2 (1 for SSD; 1 for WLAN); and 1 HDMI-out 1.4 port.
